Guided Fly Fishing… Utah Style
Local Waters: Utah’s Provo River offers some of the best fly fishing in Utah. The Provo River has Brown Trout, Rainbow, Cutthroat, and Brook Trout as well. The waters of the Provo River gets its start in the high Uinta Mountains east of Park City, Utah, and feeds two major reservoirs, the Jordanelle and Deer Creek, and on to Utah Lake in Provo where it ends the journey.

Upper Provo River: From Jordanelle reservoir upstream to the headwaters in the Uinta Mountains.
Middle Provo River: The section of the river from Jordanelle Reservoir downstream to Deer Creek Reservoir. Mostly in Heber and Midway areas.
Lower Provo River: The remaining section of river downstream from the Deer Creek Reservoir toward Sundance and Provo/Orem.
